About Me
Respectful, friendly, independent, interested in hearing your story, enjoys living and traveling simply! I can usually get along well with anyone. :)
I used to use CS for travel, now I am using it to hear about opportunities to find fun events and meet interesting people around Portland. I'm relatively new to the city and have been pretty busy with work since I moved and don't know many people in the area--I'd like to work on that!
(Unfortunately, the arrangements of my shared living house are such that I cannot host--sorry!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is my main passion in life, and Couchsurfing allows me to do that on a limited budget. Also, I prefer to meet and get to know locals when I travel rather than stay in a hostel and be a tourist. I am continually amazed at how great of a network Couchsurfing is for meeting the nicest and most interesting people, who always have so much to teach me from their incredibly diverse backgrounds. I have loved the experiences I've had with it so far and can't wait to start hosting others when I have my own place!
In the meantime, I hope to be able to make friends and join fun events around Portland, using the CS network! :)
