I'm a comic-book artist (under the name ofJL Mast) working for Marvel (daredevil/punisher: seventh circle, avengers millennium, avengers age of ultron prelude)
I'm currently working on a comicbook about the creation of marvel comics, following the life of stan lee and martin goodman.
I did a few short movies (studied cinema).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm in Saint Etienne now, we do CS meetings there and whenever a person has some trouble with a host, I'm the "Plan B".

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm obviously a comic-book fan (Watchmen, Dark Knight Returns, Y the Last Man, Scalped, New X Men, Maus, Bone, Scott Pilgrim, Daredevil: Born Again , Corto Maltese, Jerry Spring are among my favourites).
I watch a looooot of TV series: Lost, Westworld, The Wire, The Sopranos, Community, South Park, The Simpsons, True Detective, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Shield, Battlestar Galactica, Treme, Homicide, The West Wing and 2016 other tv shows.

As for movies, I really like those of David Fincher, Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Christopher Nolan, Spike Lee, Clint Eastwood...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did 80 pages of a comic book in 100 hours. It was exhausting and after that, I slept two days. :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to speak french, write and draw, I think. I'm good with Photoshop, Procreate , DaVinci Resolve, html. I can teach you how to eat 10 pizzas in one hour, as well. Try me. I travel a lot, Japan and Senegal are my fav countries, so if you like african or japanese food, I can eventually cook for you if we find the right ingredients.
