I am a 41 year Dutch woman who has been living in the Swiss Alps for over 10 years with my fiancé.

I love traveling and try to do it as much as possible! I have spent 9 months in Australia, 6 months in Asia, 6 months in South America and 6 months in Central-America. Unfortunately my holidays now are a lot shorter due to work commitments, so I like to efficiently plan my trip to maximise my experience!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to meet with locals and to get to know more about their countries. I haven't tried it before, but I have heard from a lot of people that they've had such great experiences, that I wanted to try it for myself.
