I'm an avid traveler, both within the U.S. and abroad! I am passionate about learning different cultures and tasting different cuisines. I've never done the couch surfing thing, but have stayed in a variety of hostels, where I've easily made and traveled with new friends. I'm eager to try this new way of traveling! When I work, I work for the Federal Government as a Wilderness Ranger (I hike around in the woods in a uniform). When I'm not working I'm still hiking around in the woods, just not getting paid for it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems like an economical and fun way to travel. Also, it seems like a great way to get an authentic impression of an area's culture and a local's tip on what to do in an area.

I love a variety of foods. Pizza is my favorite! I don't read too much, but when I do it's usually for a very specific goal of learning something new. I love music in general but gravitate towards EDM, reggae and instrumental!
