About Me
Travelled a lot in the UK and in Italy, now it is time to go somewhere else.
Lived in Manchester for a year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had a great experience couchsurfing in Glasgow once. I'm giving it another try!
As a PhD student I often visit and (when I can) give papers at international conferences. The budget is low but I always meet amazing locals and visitors wherever I go. And hopefully one day when I have my own place I can return the favour!

Music, Movies, and Books
can't do favourites really...so many good stuff (and bad) around :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I rehabilitated my cat who was born in a hoarder's house and at 6 month was in a terrible state. Never stroked, scared AF, crawling on the floor. It took months. She also has health issues. Giving her subcutaneous shots was horrifying at first, especially when you know you have to do it on a regular basis. But it's worth learning how to do it, even if you're afraid of needles. She saved me (and some sad folks) from a lot of stuff too, amazing creature. (Btw now she gives kisses) Love her to bits!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love languages and dialects. It is always fun to analyse phonetics. I'm more than happy to learn other languages, or to teach you some funny Hungarian expressions (we're supposed to have tons).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some good stories and Hungarian snacks.
