ABOUT ME

I'm a kind of person who can never stay in one place for a long time, routine makes me bored, especially since I spent a year as an Erasmus student in Cologne... Those who have participated in Erasmus, know what I'm talking about!
I'm constantly looking for new challenges and experiences, let it be a shelf to be fixed on the wall or a trip across the USA.
I love hanging out with my friends: going out, making bike trips or just talking about the questions of life over a coffe.
I can offer a place to stay in my flat in Budapest, or just meet up to show travellers some parts of my city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted people and surfed as well a few times, both alone and with friends. I have had really great amd not so great experiences as well... But even from the less good ones, I've learned a lot like how you have to be cautious and always listen to your instincts and first impressions. Still, I would say it was worth the while because I got to know a few amazing people, so I'm still optimistic about CS and look forward to have more and more great encounters.

BOOKS:
Anything goes... I used to be a big fan of French realism: Balzac, Stendhal, Flaubert etc, and classics like Pushkin, Jane Austen, Thackerey but these days I like reading ... well, different genres as well: Bridget Jones's Diary, Eat Pray Love, Sophie Kinsella etc., and also about psychology and foreign language books
MOVIES:
Spanish Apartment, Love Actually, Disney movies (classic ones), Musicals (Hair...), Juno, 500 days of summer, Fight Club, Vicky Cristina Barcelona...
MUSIC:
Hungarian bands... otherwise Zaz, Belle & Sebastien, musicals, Jovanotti, Jack Johnson, Of Monsters and Men... and many more

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've done Erasmus... I waited for the sunrise in Barcelona beach after a party-night. I've slept in the woods once with a sleeping bag only, this was memorable as well. I have shared a flat with a chicken for 1 year, but my feelings about this are ambivalent.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Well I'm quite good at making pancakes... I also enjoy sewing & reparing old stuff like clothes or furniture, planning redecoration and doing it by myself. I know how to sail... but this is not too practical in everyday life.
