What we experience in life is what we need to grow. What we get is perfect for what we need in this one moment - there is only now. Embrace that and you can flow with what is and embrace life.
I'm easy going guy interested in Taoism, Eckhart Tolle, painting, music (I'm an artist and musician) play a lot of traditional (folk) music from around Europe and generally like people who are groovy to each other. Love cups of tea. I have a day time job as a care worker. Really interested in traveling more. :o)
I play the board game Go (Weiqi/Baduk).
