Currently living in Dubai. Working as a psychologist. Don't necessarily have a lot of free time, but happy to host if I can. I used to use CS a lot back in the days, and I'm finally in a position to start giving back to the community.

I live in JLT. 10-15 min. walk from the DMCC metro, and with a view from the 22nd floor over the marina.

Be aware!: I have tons of allergies, including for dust. This means that my apartment is very sparingly furnished, that you might have to leave sweaty clothes and other smelly stuff on the balcony, and that I cannot offer you to use my washing machine (plenty of laundromats around though, so it's not a problem). Please start your message with "strawberry" to indicate that you have read this.

What I can offer as a host:
I can show you the city, you can sleep on the couch, and I usually cook every night, so you are welcome to join for dinner. My ability to socialise depends on my workload in a given week, but I'm usually home for dinners and evenings. You will be getting a key, so you can get in and out of the apartment as you like.

Lots of people seems to be requesting these days without having any references. I've accepted some, but generally I don't.

The types of people that I'm looking to host:
- People who wants to socialise to some degree. I don't like to be considered "a free hotel", but I do like to have intelligent conversations about a variety of topics.
- People who are clean and tidy. I expect that you clean up after yourself and don't make a mess.
- I don't drink alcohol, and while I don't mind my guests drinking, I ask that you're not overly drunk while at my place.
- Smoking is not allowed either.
