Currently studying in the Ecole du Louvre, Art History.
I used to be a painter in a stained-glass workshop.

I'll make sure to show you my Paris, not the Champs-Elysees/Tour Eiffel/Montmartre cliché. Well, I will, but not only that! We'll just try to find the smartest little places where you can drink cheap but good wine, in the shade of trees, in a café...
Don't have any couch/bed yet but maybe later.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Yeah, I spent a few days at Bologna, then in that amazing Ospitale delle Rifiorenze Gherardi, where guys make an incredible job to offer a proper bed and roof to homeless during winter and travelers during summer. A friend and I spent a amazing night there, everyone was pretty cool. Then, you know, CS meetings, CS members met trough other members...
I actually never host anyone, but I'm renting a tiny tiny room and my hostress is a bit sour about travelers :-/

My idea about a great evening ? My friends, a large Guinness, roars of laughter and cheerfulness.

Wekk I' m a big fan of Colin Dexter's books, english literature... Joyce's Ulysse changed my life, Stevenson gave me the urge of travelling, so did Kerouac. And let's talk about Pierre Michon, uh ! Do you know him, best french writer of this generation. True story!
Music ? Well, I'm pretty eclectic, from Haendel to Motorhead, through RunDMC and Nat King Cole... Music rocks my life, through thick and thin.
Movies and shows : I'm currently trying to fill the lack of culture in french movies, and I'm very open minded. I mean, I can watch to Back from Future as well as Shinler's list, or American Pie, The Darjeeling Limited... I'm very curious. Also found of drama tv shows.
Classical tastes in shows : Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Skins, A bit of Fry and Laurie, Sex and the City, Rome...
