I am a very passionate person. I put my whole heart into everything I do - my career, school, politics, relationships and adventures. I believe in enjoying everything to the fullest. Being from New Orleans - food, family, music, drink, and culture all integral parts of my life. I love food and enjoy trying new and exciting dishes, especially if it's a spicy dish!
When I'm not at work at school you'll find me hula-hooping, wine tasting, at a concert, relaxing at home with a book, or just spending time with friends.

I've been on this site for years. Once upon a time, I couchsurfed from one coast of the US to the other. Nowadays, I mostly just love meeting other surfers in new cities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hermann Hesse, Nietzsche, and William Faulkner are my favorite authors. I enjoy reading philosophy, popular science, political treatises, and classic American fiction.I love film, and enjoy mostly indie, arthouse, or foreign films, but also enjoy the occasional anime movie. Tim Burton, Michel Gondry, Federico Fellini, and Guillermo del Toro are some of my favorite directors.
I like any music I can dance to plus indie rock, soul, hip hop, downtempo, and ambient music.
