About Me

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME.
I'M NOT A CLOTHING OPTIONAL PERSON AND I'M NOT GAY. SO PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A FUCKMATE.
I ALREADY HAD WEIRD / ANNOYING ISSUES WITH THIS ON CSING SO DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND YOURS, AND GO ON GRINDER.

Back in Paris in December 2018 after 9 months and 12.275km cycling from France to Kazakhstan! If you want to know a little more about it, you can have a look at the Facebook page "Vers la soie".
Just came back from 1 month cycling in the Balkans.

***Detailed, personal requests are always preferred – let me know why you want to stay with me (as opposed to all the other great people on Couchsurfing) and what kind of things you'd like to do in my city. Please don't request more than 2 weeks in advance - I can't plan my life further than that in the future. And please don't send a request for a single or more than 3 nights. If you travel with a friend, please give me his or her csing profile so that I know who comes to my home. If you ignore these things, I probably won't reply. Last minute requests welcome! ***

*Si vous ne parlez pas très bien anglais, n'hésitez pas à écrire en français! :) (puedo tambien leer español pero tengo mas problemas escribir! :s )

CURRENT MISSION

Cycling from France to Kazakhstan, following the old Silk Road !

ABOUT ME

I'm french, 31 years old. But that you already know...
So, I love to travel and meet up with new people (oh, really?!)
I'd say I'm easy to get along with and love to discuss various topic until late in the night, around a pint of beer, a glass or wine, a cup of tea, or just a glass of water ! :)
I'm keen on helping people, and my friends usually say that I'm pretty funny (maybe they are just being nice, who knows?)

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed quite a lot during my cling trip and I met very nice csers that I am now friend with. I currently live in Paris (well, Montrouge to be accurate, but it's kinda the same) and would like to give back some of the help and good vibe I experienced while csing! You can send me a request and hopefully I'll be able to host you!

I love to show people good places to go out for a drink, to get diner, or just to stroll around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used cs in various places during my different trips and had the opportunity to meet really nice people. I hosted a couple of person in Paris but not as many as I'd like!
I like to allow people to keep a great memory of Paris and France in general which I can try to provide by hosting them!
I can also give you some advice if you wanna travel to Bretagne or one of the countries I've visited. Do not hesitate, I'll try to help as well as I can :)

Interests

I love to do sports (running, cycling, hiking, trekking, climbing), but also to relax with a good book and a cup of tea (Lapsang Souchong is the best for that!)

Music, Movies, and Books

That's a great subject to get to know someone, so I guess it would be better to discuss it around something to eat and / or drink.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling from France to Kazakhstan on the ancient Silk roads.
Trekking in Nepal, surrounded by 8000ers, hiking the Zanskar region in Ladakh, such a desolate yet wonderful place in India, hiking and swiming in both the sea and various hot pots in Iceland, discovering an old fortess built in the middle of a jungle in Nicaragua, strolling in the streets of Istanbul, Budapest, Granada, Leh or Paris etc...
There are so many experiences that I can't write about them all, but no adventure would be as good without the local population (even though it's sometimes hard to communicate!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about what's going on behind the curtains of public transportation.
I can also teach you how to open a bottle of wine with nothing but a shoe and a tree (and some patience) :)
If you are more into beer, I can show you how to open it with a bottle of water or juice or coke etc...
You can teach me a lot.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Meals, tips about Paris and France in general. A bottle of wine or beer. Loads of good stories!
