**First things first: PEACE and LOVE to everyone!**

A few important notes before sending a request:

1. Please include the word **EVOL** in your request — that way I know you’ve read my profile.

2. I have **two couches**, but they’re quite short. If you’re taller than **1.70m**, you might not sleep very comfortably.

3. There’s **no Wi-Fi** at home — please keep that in mind.

4. If you plan to spend most of your time on your smartphone while here, this might not be the best fit. Let’s enjoy real connection instead!

5. I’ve been on **Couchsurfing for over 15 years** and have seen things change a lot. It used to be more about sharing — guests would bring small gifts, cook together, or simply show gratitude. Nowadays it sometimes feels one-sided. I’m happy to cook, show you around, or grab a coffee, but please bring some appreciation and kindness in return. A simple *please* and *thank you* go a long way.

6. Towels are available if you need them.

7. Please leave the space **as clean as you found it** — especially the bathroom… so much hair lately!
