Overview
About Me
Journalist, parmeggiana-lover and film researcher.
I wrote a book about CS in 2013. That only happened because, in 2011, I was in Seville and traveled through Europe using CS. It was a life-changing experience.
Now, 6 years later, I have lived in Lisbon for 6 months, was in Sheffield (UK) for a year and will be in Bergamo for a semester. That's part of my Masters in cultural studies Erasmus Mundus Crossways in Cultural Narratives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Cheap hospitability, of course, but not rejecting the immense opportunity to create friendship. It happened to me before, there's no reason not to happen again.
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
[2011 references]: Big Lebowski, Dylan, Wilde, Cortazar, Fernando Sabino, George Harrison, mantras, Beatniks, samba, bossa-nova, funk...
[2017 references]: Oh, can we have a beer, first?
[2019 references]: All of the above, beer and a ramble chat.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've interviewed Dorival Caymmi's children at the birth centenary (the very same day) of the legendary brazillian musician. Pretty intense stories. Also, I've seen angry British rams yesterday. :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Not a great cook, but I have my ways. Also, I can make a good caipirinha.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom, etc. More important: I'm always open for conversation.
