Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my exchange in Rotary Exchange Year in Germany I lived with 2 hosts families (6 months each) and they became part of my life! I love them so deeply much and having this experience by their house, getting to know their culture and history was a really enriching experience!

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to make new friends, see the culture of the place you're traveling and learn!! People are so interesting and I feel really excited changing knowledge and experiences!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a crazy Harry Potter fan, it is definitely one of my favourite books ever! I also love some brazilian and portuguese writers such as Fernando Pessoa, Machado de Assis... I'm crazy about poetry! But my favourite book is probably one called Chinese Cinderela, from Adeline Yen Mah. It's a beautiful book about feminism, courage and it is a sad story with a happy ending and beautiful lesson.

About music.. I really like good old classic music like Frank Sinatra, Beatles, Whitney Houston... I'm also a disney fan hahahah :) so sometimes I still listen to my old High School Musical CD's hahahaha. Brazilian classic music is also great (nothing to do with samba), and I would be glad to show you some great artists!!!!

I love movies and TV shows.. I've watched more than 49 series on netflix !! hahaha my top 3 are:
-grey's anatomy
- reign
-criminal minds

I don't have a favourite movie, but I love scary ones!! I'm also a big fan of intelligent movies, with surprising and unexpected outcome! I don't like Romantic Comedy at all :( hahahah

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to tell just ONE thing because I try to fill my life with amazing experiences.... I came up with the top 3 most amazing thing I've done:

-adopting my cats (I saved their lives, they were about to be sacrificed)

- balloon flight in Capaddocia, Turkey ( one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen)

- My Rotary Exchange Year in Germany ( best year of my life)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you portuguese, german, english and spanish ;) Also you can learn how to prepare some typical brazilian dishes!! Unfortunatelly I don't know how to dance samba :( hahahah

I will be glad to learn anything!!!!

And I can share with you some experiences of mine! I've been to many countries and I'll be happy to share tips with you!
