About Me
Hey!
I like to do lots of different things.
Talking and going out with different people as well as with old and new friends are things that cannot be missing.
At the same time, having a quiet day to read and be just on my own is something that I also appreciate.
Some time ago I decided to be a journalist, but I think that most of time the power of the words are not used with good purposes.
In my idea, words should be used to clarify and try to solve conflicts, as well as decreasing prejudices.
Instead of it, we see texts, videos, words in general being used to put people against each other, increasing prejudice and ignorance about other countries, cultures or even about your neighbors...
That is why I think that getting to know as many people as possible and discovering new perspectives is one of the best ways to rethink about what I believe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I think that is the best way to travel and get in touch with people that actually live in the city that you are visiting.
Traveling just to visit the "must sees" from every tourist guide book is not really my thing.
And also I think this kind of experience is very important to empathy development!
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
