ABOUT ME

I love to learn and travel and explore all things related to wellness, spirituality and health. I also have a pretty good sense of humor and enjoy a good bit of sarcasm when the time suits! That being said...

As a seeker of Truth I am open to all possibilities this Universe has to offer. I am always ready to experience different realms of existence, alternate realities and expansion of the spirit, mind and body. Communication with others and ourselves is of utmost importance, and learning how to be congruent with our path in life is paramount.

It is my purpose to help those around me to grow and learn about their inherent potential as co-creators in our ever changing world. Mainly, I seem to just "wonder" a lot...If you know me, you'll probably hear me say exactly that phrase... "I wonder...
