I am a recent college grad from Eugene, Oregon, U.S.A. ( I studied continental philosophy and German Studies). Being out of college is fantastic, because now I have time to travel and to write. I speak and understand a little German (I spent 3 months studying abroad in Tübingen, Germany), and like reading non-fiction. As for food.. I'm big into seafood.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

.. to meet new people! I am taking a year abroad to get my toes wet - eventually I will be looking into Masters' programs in my field. As a traveler, I am easy-going and love what's fun/unusual. Everyone lives differently, and that's a really cool thing to share.
