About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies. A soul in tension that's learning to fly. Condition grounded but determined to try.

ABOUT ME

RECIPE
take one seriously bad haircut, a love of climbing trees, irony, vegan philosophies, laughter, the attention span of a two-year-old (and subsequent impatient feet) and a somewhat strange phobia of elevators..
Mix ingredients together into a small, freckled, slightly pale, diabetic body and...
VOILA!
A masterpiece! (if I dont happen to say so myself..)

warning: creation can prove to be a chronic cheat at card games

PHILOSOPHY

To quote the wisdom that is modest mouse:
"some day you will die somehow and somebody or something's going to steal your carbon"
Life runs in cycles. Give, receive. Experience, teach.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is one of the most brilliant communities I have ever been fortunate enough to be a part of. I intend to participate in couchsurfing by ensuring my actions always contribute to the community grounding and philosophy of the site.
I will never take any more than I am able to give in return. Every single person who has been kind enough to open their homes and their hearts have lit an ember of warmth in me that I wish to take home and be able to pass on to future couchsurfers when they are finally able to stay with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To be able to put into words in this small space the absolutely incredible experiences I have had through meeting other hosts and couchsurfers would not do these people justice.
Thanks to couchsurfing I have met so many like minded indivduals, been challenged (in a good way!) by personalities I would never have been able to meet to the depth I have through socialising alone, been introduced to ways of living I never dreamed imaginable, been touched by kindness I never believed existed and gotten to love places just as much as the hosts that live there.
To call couchsurfing an experience in itself falls flat against everything I have learnt and been lucky enough to be a part of.

Interests

Anything!
Everything!
I know, I know. So kick me for daring to spill this cliche. But honestly. You give me something I think I wont be interested in and Ill open my mind to learning more about it. Failing that Ill be interested in challenging it!
Except cricket.
Man I hate cricket

  • vegan
  • flying
  • cricket
  • rock climbing
