Im a musician..........my first love, my best friend sometimes my worst enemy but i love it! i love discovering new music....from any corner of the globe and hopefully outer space someday! particularly fond of the grooves of african music...the kora, mbira. ngoni the polyphonic singing and rhythms wow blows my mind every time i listen to it! i love folk music the simplicity and uniqueness of each tradition...........also love the outdoors....nomads.....cooking...yoga....buddhism....mindfulness .......growing.....building....i like the ideas of permaculture and sustainable living....i like to listen to people talk about these things....like Vandana Shiva. Rupert Sheldrake .....and others....and when i can i like to sit. meditate listen to the rhythms of nature try to tune into other frequencies take a break from the 'known' world...read about other worlds...the native Americans...tribal peoples!
