I am currently going to massage school in Davis and living more or less out of my Subaru Forester. I am a certified herbalist and my life is more or less centered around sharing this wisdom and taking part in healing of all kinds. I am happy to be living in a gypsy rugged way, but hoping to have the privilege of meeting great people who are gracious enough to share their couch, as well as take a hot shower and cook in a real kitchen on occasion! I'm very aware of social ques and happy to shut up and nestle into a book and hit the hay early if that's the vibe of the house. Also just as happy to enjoy libations across the evening if the vibe is calling us to share that!

I happen to be reasonably knowledgeable of film and music due to growing up with an obsessive older brother who's appetite for film and music is insatiable. I have a tendency toward the obscure, however, and David Lynch might be the person I would choose to sit down over coffee and cigarettes with if I could only pick one. Although it would be a close tie with Reggie Watts! I'm a sucker for comedy, especially if it is out of the ordinary and hinting towards something profound!

I'd like to think of myself as an avid reader, when in reality, I'm an avid cherry picker of a variety of books that I keep on hand. I am currently extremely into Jungian psychology, mythology, and fantasy.

I have been more or less living a homesteading life, though I would say I am first and foremost a gypsy. My home base is in the trinity and marble mountains of Nor Cal. I know a considerable amount about herbs, wild food, food preservation, processing animals for hides and food, and primitive skills.

I am also a newbie musician and have been avidly playing the fiddle for about 3 years now. I can also pluck a few cords on the guitar.

I am avidly learning Spanish as well, as my boyfriend is from Argentina and I have many Latino friends whom I want to speak more with!

I am always happy to learn and share wisdom and knowledge!
