Hello everyone! :)

My name is Renzo, right now I'm 20 years old and I'm living in the city of Rouen (France) during this year.

I was born in Japan, in the city of Nagoya. I lived there for 4 years and then, my parents and I left the country to go to Peru, where I lived for 5 years in the capital (Lima). Next place to live was Almeria in Spain, where I have been living for 11 years. Right now I'm in Rouen (France) studying for a year in order to improve my French.

Speaking about French, I'm studying translation at the University of Granada (Spain) because I really love learning new languages. Unfortunately I don't know Japanese because I was too little to remember. Last year I started to learn Arabic but it was too hard so I change it for German (I know it's hard too but I really like it) :D

I also love animals, I have a dog and now I'm living with 3 cats. I'm vegetarian too but I have no problem with people who eats meat. I think respect is one of the most important things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about Couchsurfing a couple years ago by a friend in Almeria and now I have decided to join in because I want to travel and meet new people from different cities / countries.

As I said before, this year I'm in France so I'd love to visit it and discover a little more of Europe. :)

I'm here too because my friends (and Internet) told me that the best way to know a city is by its owns citizens, so I can't wait to discover!

Interests

One of my biggest passions is photography, I love walking for hours while I make photos and enjoy the landscape.

I'm really curious and I love discovering secrets places in the cities I visit.

I also love kayak, I discovered it last summer and I just fell in love. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Like almost everybody I love music (all kind of music), I'm not an expert but I enjoy listening and discovering new songs. ^^

I also like movies, actually I watch a lot of movies, specially in original version. I like a lot Game of thrones too.

I love reading modern poetry. For now, I've tried just in Spanish :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is not like super amazing thing but it's so special to me :)

Last summer I went to an unspoiled beach on August to see a meteor shower and to sleep there. It was awesome.

This year I'm coming back for sure! :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I think one of the most important things in life is share, because at the end of the day, experiences is only what really matter. (In my opinion)

For me, teach and learn are another way to change our perspective of life. There's nothing more beautiful than share your knowledge with someone so maybe it could helps them to grow as a person.

In my case, I don't really know what could I teach you apart form Spanish and maybe some French, but for sure that I'll do my best.

I love cooking too so we could try to cook some Peruvian or Spanish food ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said before what I think I could share are experiences, stories, maybe Spanish and French and of course some Spanish or Peruvian food.

But what I think it's more important than all of that is to share our time :)
