Phylosophy:
If you buy something material, a boat for example, you will see over the years the scratches and the loss of value. You could lose it - it won´t make you happy for a long time. If you think back about a journey it becomes better and better :) Nobody and nothing could take this moments of happiness and this unique experience away from you!

Every time when I think back about my trips I recognize that a big part of my great memories about it are about the people I met there! The people make the difference! There story’s their homes… They show me a part of their city, country and about their whole world.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I´m on couchsurfing because of this great difference between being a guest in hotel and being a guest of a private person, a local! I don´t want to be a tourist I want to be a traveller! (but yes, I´m taking pictures ;)

I really love to live life in this place, givent to me, for this part of my lifetime. If you let my use your kitchen for example it would be a pleasure to cook for you and you will find your place in the same state as before. As a guest I´m naturally thoughtful and tidy. I´m open minded and like to talk with you – share moments, interests, story’s and everything about your city or area.

Because of my apprenticeship as a bookseller I own a lot of books. Because of my small flat my whole library is still in my parents’ house - so I´m a big fan of the public library, which is not far away.
