I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand. My Dad is a kiwi and my Mom is from the USA, born and raised in Georgia. In May 2016 I flew to the US to work at a summer camp in Minnesota. I was there as a counselor and rock climbing and high ropes instructor. It was amazing. I absolutely loved it. Since finishing camp in August I've been traveling round the US. Some of my favorite places being LA, Seattle, the outer banks of NC and Washington DC.

The past year I've been discovering myself and trying to make some decisions about my life and further studies. I'm a big supporter of environmental protection and human rights so I'm looking for some connections to get involved with that. So if you know someone that's awesome!

Over the past year I've discovered a real passion for traveling too and it will be a big part of my future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling through the USA and I love it but I'm not exactly wealthy so cheap places to stay are fantastic. I've also found that traveling is a great way to meet some incredible people and couch surfing seems like a fantastic way to do that. I love meeting people.

Interests

I competed in some competitions in New Zealand, including the National Championship where I came 6th in lead climbing and 8th in bouldering. I haven't been able to keep training in my last year of high school and while I've been traveling but would love to get back into it.

I played the drums for 8 years up until I finished high school. I also really love writing music and producing it on my laptop using a software called ableton live, if any of you know what that is, I like you.
