About Me
Hi! I'm extroverted, easy going, chatty and always ready to try new things! I like to bring smiles to the people around me too. :) I've travelled to many cities in my free time (which isn't a lot since I'm working very much of the time) but when I do I like to travel to exotic places and try new things (although I am afraid of eating snails and other stuff like innards).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard of friends who have couch-surfed and they tell me it is an amazing experience. I was hoping to experience this myself too because travelling to new places is not merely about doing all the touristy stuff. I find it more insightful connecting with others and learning about their cultures - to do what locals do and to get a glimpse into their daily lives. This way, perhaps I can learn from them and at the same time, give back by sharing my experiences too.
Interests
I love to travel, eat and do "nature" stuff. Scenery and wildlife are one of my favourites. I love to sleep too, but I will leave that at home when I go overseas to make full use of my holiday time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Stockholm and visited Hellasgarden. As it was winter, the entire lake was frozen. In the middle of the lake there was a little hole carved into the ice to allow locals to jump in for some "ice-bathing". Yes. Ice bathing in a frigid 4 degree water I jumped in after a 20min warm up in the sauna and though it was the most chilly experience ever, it was something I will never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
Currently in my first year of training to becoming an Eye Surgeon. If you have that occasional question about something related to your eye, I guess I could share some of my medical skills and knowledge. If you'd like to know what I do in the hospital as well, I would be glad to share with you some of my experiences. :)
I've taken Japanese previously in school for about 5 years. It sure is rusty since the last time I used it was a few years ago. But I'm always for learning new things.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share about my travelling experiences and the things we do in Singapore. If you'd like to ask me about the work that I do, I can tell you about it as well! :)
