I grew up in Australia and have moved around there a bit. I moved to London in 2015 and helped open Killer Tomato as the Executive Chef. I enjoyed my time in London very much but felt the need to make a move so i moved to an Island in Mexico for a while and then went on to take a chef position for 6 months in Guatemala just outside of Antigua. I am moving around a bit again and am looking for a new adventure!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

just chosing one has proven difficult, but id probably say the Inca Trail in Peru as it was the most challenging, beautiful and scenic things ive ever done!
