About Me
Hi there!
My name is Reuven, Iv'e been living in Jerusalem most of my life and currently also about to finish my B.A in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people from around the world, and learn new things from them (even the most esoteric info, sometimes it's the most memorable things!)
I'm looking for people to stay with on my future travels, so it would be great to meet some potential friends to see on the road.
Interests
I'm an amateur photographer. I love finding interest scenes to shoot at and I'm always looking for people who might want to join in.
I dance and teach Cuban salsa (for free!).
I make a good 90's parties DJ. nothing too serious, but really fun!
Recently I gotten into some existential philosophy, mostly Kierkegaard and Nietzsche.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies - Forrest Gump, Back to the Future, About Time, Interstellar, James Bonds and totally honest - Borat.
Music - Mainly Classic rock (Queen, Dire Straits), Indie Rock (Wilco, Of Monsters And Men) and Electronic Pop (The Naked And Famous, Miami Horror). But I can connect with almost any kind of music. But nothing, absolutely nothing, can be better that a 90's hits playlist!
Books - Mostly non-fiction stuff, like History books and (some) Philosophy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to LA area (Santa Monica to be exact) for 7 months
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tell about the history of Israel and Jerusalem and show you around of course.
I can teach you Cuban Salsa, or better yet - take you out dancing with me!
I can teach you some nice photography tips and tricks.
I'd love to learn languages. Besides that, I thinks that anything you can teach, show or introduce me to will be cool! new skills are always welcome!
well, sharing always depends on the context and we might be talking about. i'd love to share with you some information and tips about the places I've been to for starters :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
History, politics in Israel, places to see around the country, a tour around the city center of Jerusalem (plus a good meal & drink), some philosophical talk.
If you bring up subjects, i'll see what I have to say about that!
