About Me

ABOUT ME
Happy, fun, outgoing, can act my age (when necessary, but it's booooring), musical, and apparently intelligent (so I've been told, but I'll leave that up to you to decide). I'm a Residential Support Worker in a group home agency for special-needs adults. I like to pass my time playing piano and/or guitar, practicing taekwondo, and when time allows, binging the occasional Netflix/Crave/Amazon Prime series.

PHILOSOPHY
The secret to improving the quality of life for yourself, is by improving the quality of life for others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Lately time does not often permit me to hang out with our guests, but I'm still happy to open our door to surfers. My partner (his profile is https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/imperator) also enjoys showing guests around town when time permits. We have a spare room with a single bed, as well as a couch, so we can host up to two surfers comfortably (with room for an air mattress, so we could host more).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
After moving into our new place we (3 of us here are CS'ers) had no CS'ers for a whole year...then in the span of 10 days we had 14 surfers...AWESOME!
Made my first surfing journey in January 2011 to Toronto and LOVED IT!
We've hosted many surfers from all over the world and loved every minute making life-long friends out of it
