I love fermentation and beverages... I would love to teach anyone I stay with about fermenting foods (saurkraut, kombucha, kim-chi, sourdough and more), making beer, wine and meade, distilling liquor, making cocktails... I could talk all day about it... medicinal/psychotropic herbs too
