Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am beginning a trip around Europe. Mostly I will be hosteling, but I am also interested in Couchsurfing when possible. While I have never used the service before, I think it offers an insight into a city that a hotel or hostel does not.

Interests

Outdoor activities: mountain biking, hiking, camping

I love seeing live music, good food and drink.

Sports: College Football (American), Basketball, Baseball and a budding interest in Soccer. I enjoy playing and learning about new sports and games. I regularly play disc golf.

Eclectic taste in music. Anything from modern pop and electronic, hip hop and rap, classic rock to folk music (both from the US and around the world)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a diverse perspective on American life. I have traveled fairly extensively and lived in different parts of the US.

I have a passion for food and drink, and the effect they have on the environment. My degree is in Environmental Science with a focus in Soil and Agriculture, I love to share what I know in exchange for what others know!

I am up for whatever adventure I am presented! I love to have fun and experience new things in new places
