I'm currently traveling in Colombia, and am trying to get home with my dog, Cauca, who I adopted here in Colombia. She is a really great travel companion but the airlines want to charge me $900 to get her back to the states. Entonces I'm looking to travel through Central America to fly home since they don't charge as many broker fees there. Also I'm just looking to meet more fantastic people on this magical journey!

There have been many amazing things in my life but one of my favorites was exploring North Carolina in a hot air balloon. The perspective is incredible; you really get the sense that we are just a tiny species on this amazing Pacha Mama.
