About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to make friends all across the globe. Friends that I can learn from. I want to learn whatever anyone has to teach me (about anything)!
ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Miranda, and I want to be an organic farmer. However, I don't want to go to school for that so I have decided that for the next X amount of years I will travel anywhere and everywhere to meet people like myself, and people who are radically different. I am willing to volunteer my time, energy, and knowledge in exchange for any kind of help or learning experience! I want to get out of my comfort zone. There is nothing to be learned about life or one's self if you never take a risk or experience something new.
PHILOSOPHY
â1.Be Impeccable with Your Word
2.Don't Take Anything Personally
3.Don't Make Assumptions
4.Always do Your Best
I believe in unconditional love, not judging others, and never complaining. Take responsibility for yourself and always always do your best to help others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't had any direct "couchsurfing.org"experiences, however I did just return from Costa Rica. I slept in a garage for a month, and in exchange for a place to sleep and some food to eat I worked a small farm every day. I cleaned, I cooked, I shoveled manure, and just about anything else that goes along with running a small farm. I like to work hard. There is nothing as rewarding as that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I grew up poor, but when I was 17-18 I sold chocolate bars in school (plus my full-time job) to raise enough money to go to Germany to be a foreign exchange student for a month. I worked tirelessly for almost 2 years to ensure I would be where I knew I was supposed to be. My hardwork directly resulted in a positive outcome. Since this time in my life, I believe hard work is my favorite thing. It pays off, and the reward is that much sweeter because one knows it is deserved.
