I'm 35 from a small island in Scotland called skye. Having been settled there for a could of years now I thought it was time for an adventure and want to explore all the beautiful sights of America!

Some of the most incredible times I've had have been whilst travelling lost, without a place to stay and been taken in by strangers who have been some of the kindest people I've met.
I have always tried to "pay this forward" by having an open door policy in my own homes (which usually end up being at least double occupied)!.

My mother has also always taken travellers into our family home on Skye when they arrive and realise quite how out dated our ways (particularly public transport!) are. She has always encouraged me to travel "off the beaten track" and to help others do the same whilst in my own country.

Ah, there are far too many to list! I have a varied and eclectic taste across all 3 and love more than anything to discover new artists and author's. As they say, variety is the spice of life, so why limit yourself to just one genre?!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I left home at 17 and have travelled all over the world on my own but the most incredible of these times was hitch hiking around Israel with a friend I met from Sweden, and then together we hitch hiked from Mexico to Peru over 6 months.

Over the years I have had tough times as well as good, just as everyone else . I have taught myself how to create a positive mindset and Outlook on life. I love sharing stories of similar turning points, or helping others to find theirs.

I love to cook and believe sharing meals brings people together, and the same goes for music, having a shared singalong or just listening.

I am a big fan of in depth emotional conversations and have always been looked to as the mother of a group whom others come to for advice.
I am more than happy to share my own emotional journey through life , be a sounding board for any issues of your own, share stories , speak of the world, laugh or cry together! (Or just stay out of the way of preferred of guests!!!)
