CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to soak up every ounce of knowledge and experience I gain from traveling around the Northern regions of the North Island (New Zealand). To laugh everyday and remember to stay engaged in the present moment.

ABOUT ME

I am outgoing and love to explore the great outdoors, new frontiers, and life in general. I have a passion for staying active and am readily engaged with whatever and whomever I'm surrounded by. I am fun and bubbly with a dash of sass. I love to socialize and meet people from all walks of life. My motto is to live my life 110% and with as much passion, curiosity, and adventure as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am fresh into the world of CouchSurfing but am very interested to get started!

Interests

The love of my life is the Pacific Ocean--it's tides, waves and life have always enticed and peaked my wonder and curiosity. I just obtained my marine biology and environmental studies degree from the University of Victoria (British Columbia, Canada)and want to eventually pursue a life in the field of marine science research. I have always danced (from the wee age of 3) and have performed with multiple dance crews and companies throughout my 20 years of dance. I also recently started practicing yoga and meditation regularly. I love to dive (SCUBA),camp, hike, bike, run, surf, wakeboard, snowboard, play soccer, and stay active in general. I am a woman of many loves and it is hard to encapsulate all of my interests within a short paragraph...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This Christmas holidays I had the rare opportunity to do a night dive with Manta Rays just off the Big Island of Hawaii's coast.
My trip to NYC!! The people watching alone is something to write home about! A city with so many niches that people from all walks of life could find a place of belonging. So vibrant, creative, and filled with energy.
