About Me

Wanna be digi nomad

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

meet locals, travel to hidden gems, taste local delicacy only the locals can know of.

Interests

I'm not a professional photographer but hunting for that decisive moment is one of the few pleasures of life for me. It's kind of a meditative experience for me. Apart from that stories fascinate me. Be it mythical local folklores or host's own vivid life, I'm eager to know those stories.

And I'm a huge foody.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's not that I don't bang my head in the tunes of some metal, hard rock etc but over the years I've discovered that my taste in music is more inclined toward the calm, moody genres.

There are many movies & books I enjoyed. In case of books, I recently discovered I'm reading more non fiction now. I don't know how that transition happened.

Although some documentaries left me baffling to wonder about the true nature of the world and I can't say I didn't like how it felt but I think I'm still more into fictions in case of movies. Yes I thoroughly enjoyed some horrors like The Shining, Amish, The Birds or Moshari and enjoy light hearted romedies etc but I don't think I'm a huge fan of these two genres.

That's all you get over a online public portal. Host me if you wanna know specifics. ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cooked food for hungry people. Made hunger disappear at least for hours.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a travel enthusiast. Also I'm working as a trek organiser in the Himalayas. If you're planning any next trip to Himalayas my insights may come in handy. I haven't frequented other parts of the subcontinent as much as I have the Himalayas, but from Nagaland, Mizoram to Rajasthan, Gujrat or from Kashmir, Himachal to Kerala, Tamilnadu; I've tried to explore around the subcontinent the way I like. I'll be happy to help in anyway in your future travels.

Countries I’ve Lived In
