What I Can Share with Hosts

I share my 4 1/2 room flat with you. You have a room for yourself with a comfortable couch. I could also offer an comfortable airbed.
You can use all facilities in my flat and have a toilet for yourself. The shower we have to share.
I can borrow you a bike, so you can also explore the environment.
