ABOUT ME

I was born in the seventies.
Quite late in life I discovered the nomadic part of my nature. After a few interrail trips I became changed.
Each travel experience has always been refreshing and much similar as a rebirth. It is the best medicine.

I have much attraction for the Eastern Europe. It`s is the most interesting places in Europe in many ways. I have good experiences from the Czech Republic and the Balkans as well. I always find the people there hospitable, warm and friendly.
My new favourite destinations lies within Asia. I have
had some great adventures in India, Thailand, Cambodia and laos.

I prefer travelling by trains and I enjoy hiking. Walking long distances is no problem. I got it from my childhood. Movement and change is hard wired in my genes and my software is still flexible for reprogramming;-)

I am a musician, not professional in a formal sense. But I will always keep it actively and develop musical skills and faculties. I use the Guitar as a tool for
expression of ideas, rythms, imaginations and emotions.

I am quite interested in history and cultures.
Through travelling I learn to open my eyes to see my own culture better.
There is really a wide array of topics that I find stimulating. Everything from politics to cooking

Meeting new people inspires me, I think I learn a lot all the time. It`s always fun...

PHILOSOPHY

Don`t STAY with both feet on the ground. How would we then be able to move ?

Trying to stay focused and positive. Even if a situation is negative or challenging. Stop for a second, find a space within myself to embrace it. Just observe the experience. Let light and love flow into it !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wan`t to help other people, to guide them as best as I can, to show them my city if I can.
I like to make people feel comfortable, and to give them a good time when they are guests in a foreign country..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very pleased by my experiences so far, both as a
guest and a host. Most of my couchsurfing-experiences is mainly as a host.

Music, reading, meeting new people and their culture, Nature and hikings, travelling and keeping a healthy lifestyle, learning and gaining new experiences.
I will always be a student, but I don`t need the exam papers.
