One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first time i left the US i went to berlin and remember walking out of the airport and almost crying i was so happy. this was where i was going to live for a bit. it felt unreal. there is something about leaving your own country for the first time.
experiencing the Venice Biennale. the private parties. private collections. totally stunned to see how a different population lives. the conversations. the food. the art. the people and honestly the absolute luxury. Venice is one of my favorite cities to visit, so on top of that the honor of attending the Biennale the way I did was outrageous to me.
camping alone in Ojai, CA. it rained a bit the night before so i woke up to the fog and mist hugging the mountains. perfect raindrops just lingering on all the plants around me. the smell of wet sage was brilliant. being so isolated in nature was probably the best thing i have done for myself.
