About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Working on sustaining myself as a creative artist, with my original music and visual arts. Building and connecting with networks of people who are interested in evolving our society into a more sustainable and connected way of life. Learning to spin fire staff. Learning to be an efficient content creator with web and video productions.
ABOUT ME
I have been mostly nomadic over the last 8 years. Home has always been wherever the fire and the soul fam is! Recently, I started settling in a bit more, though I still spend part of the year on tour with music. I'm working on building a home from a converted shuttle bus.
I play acoustic and electric guitar, write songs, sing, play mandolin, trombone, hand-drums, and I'm learning other instruments on the way... I also have a looping rig and geek out on effects and gear.
I'm a photographer and always have a camera with me, looking for those special moments of light and humanity that are gone as quick as they arrive.
I also love dancing like a crazy person - not afraid to be the ice-breaker! (you know, when everyone wants to dance but nobody is yet, I get up there and start letting loose-- nobody has to be worried about looking weird anymore :)
PHILOSOPHY
Living a simple life of low consumption, exploring alternative ways to live and thrive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Offering rides and couches wherever I am, surfing (often unofficially) wherever I am, and telling everybody about this site.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch surfed officially and unofficially in Quebec, Ontario, East Coast and West Coast USA, Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and a lot in New Zealand! I have only had a chance to host through CS a couple of times due to my nomadic life and differences with housemates, but it was a great experience when I did!

I can teach you to take awesome pictures, basic photoshop and audio production software skills, intuitive guitar method, music theory and rhythm basics, how to make tasty healthy food on a super-budget, dumpster diving 101, practical and manly crocheting, English, basic Spanish...
