About Me

Career wise I am am research chemist / environmentalist who's passion is to develop sustainable alternatives in the chemical industry (we only have one 🌎). As a hobby I enjoy travel, getting to know people & cultures, electronic music production, DJing, latin music, going to festivals, occasional raves, working out, and nature among other things.

If you are a musician, singer, dancer, etc., you're welcome to use my home studio to record / colab / work!

I've lived in California, New Mexico, and Austin TX in the past and live/work in Philadelphia since 2017. Also I grew up in a Mexican household so I know Spanish fluently!

Vegetarian / Plant based mostly but I can still cook all types of omnivorous food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If I host you it's because I think the more people travel and connect, the less bigotry, racism, xenophobia and conflicts in the world 🌎. Travel should not be limited to people who are wealthy! I would also like to visit places and make meaningful connections.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was there for a friend when he needed me the most

I was solo hiking in the mountains of Pennsylvania and night fell. My flashlight was broken and I lost the trailhead. I was being followed by feral dogs and almost dehydrated but I guided myself back by luck.

I submitted my first patent application

Teach, Learn, Share

I love volunteering outdoors mainly outreach with underrepresented school districts

I will help out with any chores you may have, hang out, have some drinks, or prepare vegan/vegetarian food for you. I will also offer to DJ at your event if you help me with moving equipment . Also can return the favor once I am settled with a place of my own.
