About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Do everything of my "to do list before dying". It's quite long!!!

ABOUT ME

I'm a typical portuguese guy, always willing to help anyone who needs it and enjoying making your time in my city the best time of your life. I'm an easygoing guy, like a lot of things so normally I don't have problems finding a theme of conversation.

I was a volunteer on ESN Porto(erasmus student network) which is a part of an european association that organizes activities for foreigners studying in Porto, so I'm used to get to know a lot of people from a lot of countries.

Currently I'm living in Lisbon and unfortunately I can't host, but I can show anyone around the best places to visit, eat and have a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

Hakuna Matata says it all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently living in Lisbon but can't host since I'm not living with friends and there's a no guest policy in the place i'm living in. I can however show you what a great city Lisbon can be. I'm originated from Porto but I'm living here for 2 years.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only used couchsurf once, when I went to Ljubljana. I loved the experience, the guy that hosted me and my friends showed us everything there was to show with historic lessons included :P never did couchsurfing again because I forgot I had this profile xD

Interests

Going out with friends and drink a few beers, going to the movies, eating a francesinha (search in google, it's great :D), play some computer games (i know i know, i'm a geek) and meeting new people.

When the weather is nicer i prefer to go to the beach (summer time) or just hang out with some friends. I used to like going to the movies, until the prices became ridiculous, and I also like to play bowling some times.

Music, Movies, and Books

Almost all kind of movies but prefer thrillers, comedies and action films. My favourite movies are Fight Club, Se7en and Requiem for a Dream.

In terms of music, i have a lot of genres that I like. On a day by day basis I usually listen to electro/swing (Parov Stelar, Caravan Palace) or psychadelic rock (Tame Impala, Cage the Elephant), but this changes from time to time.

I like to read thriller books, with a lot of plot twists and mistery involved.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, the 3 most amazing things I've seen were probably in a story started by "so i walked in the bar...". In terms of trips experience i guess the top 3 things are:

1 - Sydney, in general. Just outstanding.
2 - Nightlife in Budapest... really cheap and niiiice :D
3 - Vienna, beautiful city. Years of culture, war and wealth

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
