I applied for a Master's program early in the year. And I was put onto a waiting list, I honestly believed that there was no possible way that I would be studying this year. HOWEVER... Boom here I am, offered a position where I start studying in less that a week.

SO I'm here because I need a base of operations while I sort out my permanent accommodation for my studies.
