Overview
About Me
Hey! I'm a 27 y.o. guy from Milan.
My life-experience is quite variegated: I spent seven years in the UK where I both worked and studied.
In London, I worked as a bartender for several bars and restaurants in the city (I'm quite good at making cocktails, if interested!). Then, in Brighton I graduated in Politics and Philosophy and then a master in Global Political Economy. Back to Italy, I'll soon start an internship in the online marketing sector.
I really love travelling, meeting new people, listening to their stories, exploring new cultural paradigms, learn languages, and, why not, taste some good food.
I'm also a very relaxed, open-minded and respectful person; the typical person who likes to have a good conversation in front of a glass of red with some music playing in the background!
I usually spend my free time going out with friends, walking, doing sports, taking theatre lessons, and going around with my camera ready to capture unique moments of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Bergman and Kurosawa's movies, Fellini's '8 1/2' and 'Dolce Vita'.
More recent movies/documentaries that really left a mark on me are: 'The Act of Killing', 'The Club' by P.Larrain and Herzog's 'Aguirre'.
Regarding books, I read extensively authors such as G.G Marquez, Dostoevskij, Svevo and Italo Calvino.
I'm also passionate about German philosophy and literature - Nietzsche, Heidegger and Hesse are some of my favourite authors.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swimming in Brighton for more than ten minutes (I cannot stand cold water... )
Jokes aside, I would say scuba diving inside a Cenotes in Mexico and inside a sunken ship in Cuba.
Volunteering in Honduras as a language teacher.
Teach, Learn, Share
Thing I can share with others: stories, moments, a good conversation, two languages (English and Italian), some great food and cocktails recipes (especially Italian food recipes!).
I would like to learn how to play an instrument like guitar and piano.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I really like the idea of getting to know the host, instead of simply being a stranger who uses their couch for a couple of days.
We can share any sort of activities like cooking/ eating together, having a conversation, visiting town, going out for a drink, watching a movie and whatever comes up to our minds!
