ABOUT ME

Hey all! I'm Riccardo, I'm 21, definitely an easygoing, curious and openminded person. After five years spent studying scientific subjects I changed my mind, figuring out that the only way to meet new cultures and to go faraway from the Italian classic and closed mentality was to study foreign languages. Traveling has been an important and large part of my life for the last 6 years. It took me some years to understand that the important is not where you go but the people you meet and what you can learn from them and maybe teach to them.

TALKING, MEETING NEW CULTURES, TRAVELING, SHARING, EXCHANGING ideas about how things work differently in different parts of the world is my life.
When I discovered this site a teardrop of happiness rolled down my face.

I've been trying to play guitar for many years on my own, with poor results. Hence I really appreciate to see and to listen to young musicians!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Seeing Northern lights in Norway, visiting Stonehenge, volunteering in the Balkans, being impressed the first time in London, spending a night in a Sami's village, another at the Backpacker's guest house in Budapest, another in the Alps with friends. What else.. To stop smoking, to reach the volleyball final match of a regional championship, the first good trick with my snowboard. And then hiking in the Alps with friends, backpacking in Tuscany, being part of WYD 2011 in Madrid ( together with 2 million young people)..

Speaking foreign languages, this is definitely my great passion! I've been studying Spanish for three years, it sounds I'm enhancing it pretty fast. Being an Italian native speaker I'm glad to exchange my knowledge for any existing language!
