Overview
About Me
Im in my mid twenties that absolutely loves all types of music, I currently practice guitar while im on the road, but i cant say im Steve Vai just yet. I am very passionate about my dreams and always the life of the party. You can joke about just about anything with me. A little bit about my past: I graduated college about a year ago but the 9-5 office life didnt exactly make me happy, plus the living costs of living in new york made it seem like i was barely making my life afloat. So i decided to follow my dreams and see the country, something I have always wanted to do with a friend of mine, but i had to finish college first. Unfortunately she recently died of an allergic reaction recently which really sparked this whole trip of mine. I want to continue this trip not only in her honor but hopefully find what makes us human again-true connection. Now its all sidetracked by facebook, twitter, politics, facetime, etc. We have lost that connection by constantly staring at screens. Quite ironic that im writing this on a social media website dedicated to couch surfing but im hoping I can find some cool people out that that are willing to share experiences, play music with, go to events like shows, concerts and festivals. Im a really laid back, non-judgmental guy, this new york materialistic life is not for me anymore. Trust me, I have traveled before and I am not a city boy. My final destination would ultimately be California, but I am sure going to need some help along the way. Peace, unity and respect.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To find great people to hang with, perhaps other metal heads that can point me out towards their underground scene. But I also like EDM, punk, hardcore and many other genres as well. One day ill eventually write a book about the underground scenes across america

Music, Movies, and Books
Well I pretty much described it above, Im into just about everything, except classical-however this type of music is closely related to metal if you look at the actual break down and musical theory of it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed Mount Rainier
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people self defense skils, I dont carry any weapons on me but if people wanted to learn how to defend themselves from robbers and other attackers, I am well trained to do that with my bare hands. I am a green belt in krav maga and taken two year in jui jitsu courses. I want to learn guitar better, or just learn how to jam with a band. I can share my philosophical thoughts on society, the %1, UFOs, 9/11, the goverment, and how the news is only their to corrupt our minds and keep us in fear.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My experiences across the country thus far. Some guitar, maybe harmonica. I also have tons of camping equipment if you wanted to do something outside. Mostly funny stories if you want to hear them.
