About Me
CURRENT MISSION
From NYC/Miami/L.A. - Explore London, Spain, Italy, France. Meet new friends, explore new points of views.
ABOUT ME
Hmmm, where do I start. I have worked in Hotels for about 13 years. I have also worked in first tier computer technical support. I am originally from New York City. I have also lived in Los Angeles as well as Miami. My parents are from Uruguay in South America. I love experiencing new things. To meet someone new from a new place. Explore new foods. Have a conversation about different perspectives and points of views to me is a great thing. I enjoy debating ideas as long as we can respect each other's ideas and opinions and always be able to agree, to disagree if need be.
PHILOSOPHY
I do believe in the "golden rule". Treat people as you wish to be treated. We should do it simply because it is the right thing to do. Not only if you believe in Karma, or a higher figure looking over us.
I love the concept of Paying It Forward. One person helping 3 others, in ways that they can't help themselves. Than instead of paying it back to the person who did the good deed. They each Pay It Forward by help 3 people each. So in then there would be 9 people helped by the initial act. But you would help that this would keep going and going. I plan to have this as one of my main missions, when I eventually am able to start a Non Profit in the future.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to this CouchSurfing Project and Concept. I think it's interesting and fascinating. A great way to merge the globalization of the internet and the human desire to commune and explore. For people to share their ideas and culture while learning someone else's, can be an amazing and great way to expand people's perspectives on life. Look forward to try this out, and hopefully open up my home to others when I get back and resettled.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not had any via this site yet. I have stayed with friends before. As well as had friends stay with me ehen they visited me. I have lived in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. I have had friends visit me all through out. It's a great way to let people see some of your city, and also a way to get to know new people.
Interests
Exploring new ideas. Meeting new people. Chatting online. Sharing my experiences and new pictures with my family back in the states. Computers, new technical gadgets. Seeing how technology can help advance things. Giving back to the community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently on Strengthfinders 2.0 and Eat, Pray, Love. I tend to love "tear jerker", romantic movies. Definitely enjoy a movie that can make you think and feel something. A plain out good comedy or horror movie can be enjoyable.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Worked 52 hour Shifts in 2.5 day weekends in order to have 5 days free a week to travel. 2006 was an amazing year. I got to see my family in Miami for 5 days a month, while living in NYC. Visited San Francisco and Los Angeles. I was able to hit Boston, Puerto Rico, Nassau. I was not rich or making amazing money, it was decent and I was able to be frugal and save. I just stretched and was blessed with the opportunity.
Teach, Learn, Share
From a simple conversation, to swapping ideas at how to organize something in the home. Or maybe sharing ways to communicate over the internet to make things more efficient. There are so many ways that as humans we can benefit and share with others for their benefit as well.
