*ABOUT ME*
Hi, I'm Richard and pretty new here, I'm a french student from a little town called Poitiers (as you can see in my profil), what can I say ? That I like to meet new friend, I like to speak and learn new languages and cultures. I'm also into music of all kind (most of the time the underground way).

I'm both and outgoing and calm person, and I'm very open about other people way of life as long as they are respecfull.

*CURRENT MISSION*

Achieve my studies which are on translation and languages. Currently I'm learning english, german and russian, I've started on my own japanese.

I'm planning to make an Erasmus programm to Canada and maybe Russia, then I want to teach french for foreigners in Japan.

*NEXT TRIP*

I'm planning a trip with my best friend to Japan. I would be glad to meet Japanese people and to exchange on our culture and have friends from the other side of the world :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people from all around the world and make friends. I'm looking for a new way of travel, not beeing only a tourist in an unknown country.

I'm not used to this website yet but I hope to have a great experience there :) it seems to be a great way to travel and meet great person too !

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Punk, Metal, Rock, Techno, Electro, Reggae, Rap/hip-hop etc etc... I'm very open in music as soon as it's good.

I like movies but I don't go often to the cinema..
My favs(films/series): Memories of Murder, Ghost in the Shell, Les Rivières Pourpres; Shinning, Tanrantino's movies in general, Breaking bad, Stranger thing, Samurai Champloo (anime).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Morocco for my 3 months placement, I have shared mint tea with a master of the Gnawa music on the rooftop of a hotel with a perfect view on the sea, furthermore bands were playing a mix of traditionnal and rock music at the same time. One of the greatest moment of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can speak french, english and german with you :) I'm learning at university russian too I know some basics but I'm not able to discuss yet in russian. I'm also looking to learn the basics of japanese (I'm learning hiragana and katana with books and grammar methods too.)
