About Me

Hi!

I'm an Australian Law and Economics Student who has just completed a semester of study in Istanbul. I'm now travelling for several months to see as much of Turkey and Europe as I can. I like to meet new people, try different foods, hear the sounds and smell the smells of different places. I want to build a rich journey human interaction and exchange alll allllong the way... will you join me?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing because I have learnt that it is people that make the places. It is people that make the moments. I would like to meet locals in the towns and cities I visit, so that I can better understand cultures and places from the inside.
I hope to make my hosts part of my travelling experience and learn about them and their countries.

Interests

I enjoy a diverse range of activities. Reading fiction and the newspaper with a good coffee is one of my deepest pleasures. Traveling to new places, meeting new people and being put outside my comfort zone excites and inspires me. I like to be in the outdoors, running, swimming, hiking or cycling. I love watching sports such as cricket and rugby.

The most amazing thing I've done is spent several days hiking in Switzerland's Alps. The Alps simply sublime. One week immersed in the awesome snow capped peaks is a clear highlight of my traveling adventures.

Teach, Learn, Share

Im ready to learn, prepared to share, and (if you trust me) i'm pretty good at teaching how to make paper aeroplanes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to think I have a good sense of humour and friendly smile. I will be considerate and thoughtful. I would like to share with my hosts a little of my home country and experiences. Lets be human beings together!
