About Me

CURRENT MISSION

-Develop my skills as an actor, artist, and designer.
-Make money doing it.
-Create positive change and impact using my skills.

ABOUT ME

Look at my pictures. You will learn the most about me. (inspired by Cristian Santibanez)

I love doing modern dance, hip hop, swing, and salsa. I'm not pro at any of them, but you put on music, and my body moves. Some times it looks a little different than what I picture in my head.

I started doing art in college. Concentration in graphic design, but I do it all. I could screen print for days.

I like watching theatre of all kinds. Classic plays, popular plays, weird, creepy soul scratching plays. I also act. Whenever people find that out, they say, "that makes sense."

My ukulele was named Luna. My current ukulele is named Apollo.

I'm a comic nerd. Marvel comics.

I love everything about food. If I die, I will know I ended up in a good place if there is good food, and a kitchen to prepare it in.

PHILOSOPHY

I can sleep when I'm dead, so do everything else now. Learn whatever I can and keep an open mind. Keep your eyes open and your ears peeled. And always ask questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

People I've met through here tend to be open minded and fun to explore with. I pass through cities a lot, and it would be nice to have a couch to crash on when I do. But even if I don't, Couchsurfing consistently helps provides awesome people to explore the cities with.

I will probably drive through New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah the most going from California (where I live now) to Colorado (where I grew up). So emphasis to people in those six states: Let's hang out!

Interests

hiking, dancing (any and ally types), running, hanging out at dive bars, archery, soccer, playing the ukulele, practicing new languages, acting (if you haven't figured out), eating, cooking, watching Netflix, doing research, writing, impromptu photo shoots, talking with accents, and so so so much more.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
All types. Grew listening mostly to RnB and Hip Hop. Now I listen to Indie and Pop Rock the most. Favorite Pandora stations: Panic! at the Disco, Frank Sinatra and Pumped Up Kicks

MOVIES
Favorite Movie: X-Men, days of Future Past. Previous Favorite: The Emperor's New Groove. I enjoy movies of all genre's, but horror movies that are funny, because the characters do stupid things that get them dead, have a special place in my heart.

BOOKS
I read primarily comic books, internet articles, and plays.
FAVORITE COMIC: X-Force
FAVORITE PLAY: The Zoo Story by Edward Albee
OTHER BOOKS: The Stranger by Albert Camus, Fox and Sox by Dr. Seuss, The Harry Potter Saga

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Awesome thing I’ve seen: my little brother. I don’t see my siblings on my dad’s side very often, so I was impressed he remembered who I was after 2 years. He was four years old when I saw him, and 2 years old the time before that. I spent the day hanging out with him, went to go see a movie and then watch the fireworks outside. In one day, he learned how to tie his shoes, whistle, and snap, each in about 15 minutes. And he grew up in the south, so when he talked he pronounced “th” as “d” (i.e. da (the), dis, dat, etc). He actually corrected himself as he was talking to say the words correctly. Then he said that fireworks were being made by God, so we had a philosophical conversation about the existence of God. Well as well as a four year old can discuss. Still, awestruck by this kid.
