About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn how to live in the moment, regardless the moment

ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing and I'm easy to get along with. I feel that in the state of discovery I am the most alive and joyful. And my passion for cooking and discovery are about equal. I definitely love conversations that go beyond pop culture and the weather.

PHILOSOPHY

If I could find a new way to work everyday I would.

The hardest thing in life that I have found is staying to find out more when my interest is lost... I'm getting better.

Food should be fresh, and the more bizarre ingredients the better.

The question isn't where would I like to go, the question is where wouldn't I like to go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm down for anything!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted once so far and from that experience I look forward to meeting more surfers.

Interests

I love the outdoors and great food... and I love combining the outdoors and great food. I've recently started to sport climb and am loving it. I look forward to getting out as much as I can. Encountering the "new" never seems to get old. Oh and photography, micro brews, and great coffee.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: The only genre I don't particularly care for is war flicks.
Music: I'm open to music of any genre...
Books: I like a good mystery, mostly memoirs... it varies really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sitting on top of my first fourteener, The Mount of Holy Cross, drinking a cup of tea with a great friend looking at a view without an end.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like sharing my culinary knowledge and I love learning others perspective on it as well. I'll soak it up if anyone can show/tell me anything about climbing and other outdoor activities. And there is a ton of stuff that I've yet to experience, and a ton of questions that I don't know that I should ask.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Cuba, United States
