About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keep it Real 2018-present

ABOUT ME

I'm a musician artist. I'm a philosopher. I'm a traveller. I like to read fiction novels and science magazines. We hike, bike, run; go to the beach and woods. The amazing thing about NYC is that even though it is a giant wonderful city, the mountains are nearby and everything else as well.

I live in Brooklyn with my amazing wife. I am a professional musician and she is a designer. We are both very busy working but try to take time to enjoy life a well! We love to cook together, watch movies, take walks, and experience Brooklyn culture.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is for enjoyment, everything else is incidental. We create our own universe and our own truths; I just want to be nice to people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf, I host. I would go to meets if I had time but look forward to going to meetups in other cities! I love what CS has done for travel, and I think it provides a great service to modern society (helping us to grow more human).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is great. My very first time was couchsurfing in michelle's backyard in nashville. she had such a big yard we put our tent up and it was like camping in the wilderness! also i stayed with maryruth in montreal, then ended up hosting her in NYC. and i also have many people that i've met up with in life and now swap couches! chicago, new orleans, boston, madrid, montreal... as people move and i move, we all come closer together!
